Additional Campaign Ideas
Start a year-round New Hires program Solicit new employees at their time of hire. Special New Hire brochures are available from your United Way staff member and can easily be added to your new employee orientation materials.
Critique your campaign Do this while the campaign is fresh in your mind. It will be a great help to assist you in running an even better campaign next year.
Solicit retirees Consider including company retirees in your campaign by sending a letter of solicitation along with a pledge card and a return envelope. Contact your TAUW staff person or Loaned Executive for retiree brochures and additional pledge cards.
Planned Giving Encourage employees to consider a planned gift through their will or estate plan to make their annual gift last forever. Call the United Way office, 583-7171 for more information.
