DIVISION 4A - Community Living/Advocacy Services

Rehabilitation program for mentally ill adults that provides assistance with employment, housing, daily living, social-recreation, and other services.

Provides support and life skills training in a home setting for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Promotes mental health and prevents mental disorders, through advocacy, education, research, housing, and consumer/family services.

Provides residential and program training services for developmentally disabled adults.

Tulsa Advocates for the Rights of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (TARC): 582-8272
Provides services which empower people with developmental disabilities and their families to secure the support they need to maximize the quality of their lives.

 

DIVISION 4B - Disabled Support Services

Provides services and information to assist people with disabilities attain and maintain their personal independance.

Provides opportunities for persons with physical disabilities to enhance health/fitness, develop skills, and increase independance.

Provides services, advocacy, education, networking, administration, and research for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing.

 

DIVISION 4C - Job Training/Employment Services

Provides employment and persoanl skills development for developmentally diabled adults through a cooperative work effort with Tulsa area businesses.

Goodwill Industries of Tulsa: 584-7291
Provides employment, job training and placement to people with disabilities or other employment barriers.

Provides vocational services to persons with developmental disabilities.

 

DIVISION 4D - Health Care Services

Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services (EODDS): 742-5544 or 742-5548
Provides free quality dental services to qualified indigent residents of eastern Oklahoma.  All services are rendered free free of charge by practicing dentists in their private offices.

Hospice of Green Country, Inc.: 747-2273
Provides end-of-life care to individuals and support for families.

Tulsa C.A.R.E.S.: 834-4194
Provides case management and support services to individuals and their families affected by HIV and AIDS.

Visiting Nurse Association of Tulsa: 743-9810
