Loaned Executive Program

Loaned Executives (LE) play a crucial role in the success of the annual Tulsa Area United Way campaign every year. LEs are employees who are "loaned" to TAUW for 12 weeks, during August through mid November. Each Loaned Executive becomes a part of the team, working with Tulsa area companies to develop workplace-giving programs. With over 1500 campaigns running each year, TAUW simply could not raise $24+ million without the addition of these individuals.

Many companies across the community either loan a key member of their team for 12 weeks or sponsor a loaned executive position. The Loaned Executive Program benefits these companies and the LE in many ways:

Professional training in sales, presentation skills, leadership, and negotiation
Valuable contacts in the business community
Involvement in community issues
Opportunity for self-development, creating a more polished, experienced and
confident employee
