DIVISION 6A - Sapulpa Services

Community Care Inc. of Sapulpa: 224-6464
Provides basic needs services for families with infants and children ages 0-5, prescriptions and medical supplies, food and clothing assistance, utility and rent assistance, and housing.

Creek County Literacy Program: 224-9647
Provides confidential, free literacy tutoring services for adults and children.

Sapulpa Family Resource Center: 224-0216
A collaborative effort of American Red Cross, Camp Fire USA (Green Country Chapter), Credit Counseling Centers of Oklahoma, Hospice of Green Country and RSVP.

Show, Inc.: 224-7214
Provides vocational training and community job placement services to adults with developmental disabilities.

United CAP Sapulpa Stegall Head Start: 224-5625
Provides early educational, social and health training services for low income children, involving the whole family.

Youth Services of Creek County: 227-0774
Provides crisis intervention, shelter and couseling programs for troubled youth and families in Creek County.
 

DIVISION 6B - Bristow Services

Bristow Community Projects: 367-5979
Provides for support to emergency/disaster services in the community and sports/recreation programs for youth.

Bristow Social Services: 367-5400
Provides emergency food & shelter, disaster relief, financial and legal assistance and intervention case management to families in crisis.

Provides early educational, social and health training services for low income children, involving the whole family.
 

DIVISION 6C - Broken Arrow/Wagoner Services

Commercial greenhouse serving as a job training center for adults with developmental disabilities.

Broken Arrow Neighbors: 251-7781
An emergency assistance program providing food, financial assistance, medical care, clothing and information/referral services.

Broken Arrow Seniors: 259-8377
Provides programs and services that help senior adults maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle.

Wagoner Area Neighbors: 485-2309
An emergency assistance program providing food, financial assistance, medical care, clothing and information/referral services.
 

DIVISION 6D - Okmulgee Services

Okmulgee County Family Resource Center: 756-2549
Provides domestic violence shelter, counseling services and Court Appointed Special Advocates program.

Okmulgee County Homeless Shelter: 756-9098
Provides temporary shelter, food, clothing, toiletries, showers, and laundry facilities, to move people from homelessness to self-sufficiency.

Okmulgee-Okfuskee County Youth Services: 756-7700
Provides shelter and counseling programs for youth and families.
