You will meet with other community leaders, staff, and volunteers who will share the focus and direction of each of our affinity groups, ways we support the mission and vision of the Tulsa Area United Way, and how you can join forces to leverage our collective power and make Tulsa an even better place to live.

The Tulsa Area United Way is a recipient of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofit’s Seal of Excellence for successfully completing their rigorous Standards for Excellence accreditation program.
Tulsa Area United Way awards $300,000 in Social Innovation Grants

Five local non-profits will share $300,000 in Social Innovation grants from the Tulsa Area United Way. The grants are given to 501(c)(3) organizations that present innovative plans to overcome challenges in the community. Proposals were presented in November at the annual “pitch night.”
Tulsa Area United Way announces new Vice President of Marketing & Communications

Through an extensive recruitment effort led by Tulsa-based consulting firm Schnake Turbo Frank, Krista Hemme has been selected as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Tulsa Area United Way (TAUW). She will lead the marketing/communications team in promoting the TAUW and its 59 partner agencies that improve people’s lives through education, financial stability and health/safety.
