Community Collaborations

What are Community Collaborations?

TAUW funds community collaborations that follow a collective impact model to bring together nonprofits, businesses, foundations, government agencies, and educational institutions to address complex community-wide challenges.

We believe lasting change happens when organizations work toward a shared vision and common goals. The collective impact approach creates stronger solutions and better outcomes by aligning diverse partners to strategically leverage resources, share data and accountability, elevate effective practices, engage the community, and drive long-term systems change.

Community Collaboration grants are available by invitation only and typically follow a three-year funding cycle.

Operate a Collaboration in Tulsa?

If you lead collective impact work in the community, you are welcome to share information about your work via the Community Collaboration Interest Form. Information collected via the Interest Form will be considered by the Committee at the start of each new three-year funding cycle and anytime additional funding becomes available. While completing the Interest Form is not required to receive an invitation to apply for funding, it is one way to introduce your work to TAUW and the Community Collaborations committee.

Additional information on grant requirements, TAUW’s focus areas, and tips to complete the Interest Form can be found in the Guidance Packet.
