Student Day of Caring Student Group Commitment

Tulsa Area United Way is excited to partner with you to activate students in our community!

Please complete this commitment form to register your group of students. If you are uncertain of your answer to a question, answer to the best of your ability. After you submit the form, TAUW's Community Engagement team will work to find a volunteer project that best suits your needs.
