Tulsa Area United Way unites people and resources to improve lives and build stronger communities. By taking a comprehensive approach to community challenges, we actively listen and respond to local needs. Community investments across our eight counties enable us to share innovations and scale our impact, funding 160 programs across nearly 70 different organizations. Additionally, through 211 Eastern Oklahoma, we connect people to vital resources across 37 counties, and we manage the statewide ALICE data platform to support working families.

Each year, over 180 volunteers carefully evaluate requests from nonprofit organizations.

Community Investment Cabinet finalizes partner funding amounts based on need and program outcomes.

Fundraising volunteers visit top companies for economic insights to set annual fundraising goal aligned with community need.

Research & Data

We collaborate with local initiatives to promote data equity and better decision-making. As an official U.S. Census Bureau Census Information Center, we work to make data more accessible for policymakers, nonprofits, and underserved communities. In the fall 2025, we lead the launch of the statewide United for ALICE initiative to support working families who struggle to afford basic necessities.
