How To double your impact
Tulsa Area United Way Challenge Grants
The Mr. Henry Community Leadership Challenge
This program, funded by The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation and named in honor of Mr. Henry Zarrow and his legacy of giving, would match any new leadership gift of $600 to $9,999. It would also match any increased leadership gift (i.e., an individual increasing their gift from $600 to $700 would have $100 matched).
The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies Tocqueville Step Up Program and New or Increased Tocqueville Challenge
Individuals may join TAUW’s Tocqueville Society ($10,000+ individual contributions) with this Step Up program receiving Tocqueville Society benefits in the first year for a gift of $5,000 and commitment to reach $10,000 in three years. The match is used to fund the $5,000 portion for first year members and the $2,500 portion for second year members of the Step Up program. This grant also matches any increase from current members and any new Tocqueville gifts at $10,000. New is defined as not giving at the Tocqueville level last year.
The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies Match Program for Foundations and Donor Advised Funds
The program matches any new dollars, either increases from current donors or new (not given last year) gifts from foundations, trusts or donor advised funds, up to $10,000 per gift.
The Hille Foundation Women United Challenge
Women United’s mission is to unite women – their time, talent, and resources – into a powerful network of individuals devoted to enhancing and strengthening intergenerational opportunities within our community. This challenge will match any new gift for those joining Women United (gift of $250 or more required for membership) and will match increased gifts from current members.
