Melanie joined the Tulsa Area United Way in January 2024, following her experience as a Campaign Fellow for two seasons. Previously, her career journey included a transition from retail to psychology, fueled by her passion for community welfare. She brings a well-rounded approach to her role, combining practical experience with a deep commitment to helping others.

Joe joined the campaign staff in the spring of 2024. With years of experience in corporate partnerships and customer relations, he brings valuable expertise to the team. He is dedicated to using his talents to help the local community connect and thrive. In his free time, Joe enjoys playing golf and cheering on his hometown Kansas City Chiefs.

Andrew joined the United Way Team in June of 2024. He is passionate about giving back to the community and brings a wealth of experience in volunteer engagement, resource development, and event coordination. During his free time, Andrew enjoys all things outdoors, lazy days on the lake, and hiking at Turkey Mountain with his wife and pups.

Callie joined the Tulsa Area United Way in June 2025. As a 2022 Campaign Fellow, she brings both passion and experience to the team. Before returning, Callie served at The Arc of Oklahoma, working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and exploring creative outlets.

After a career in graphic design, she made a purposeful transition to the nonprofit sector, driven by a desire to make a positive impact. Outside of work, Melissa finds joy in the great outdoors, running trails, or tending to her garden.

With a background in public accounting and experience as a CFO for a nonprofit partner, Carla has seen TAUW's work from every angle. She loves United Way because our decisions are community-driven. We unite volunteers, donors, businesses, and nonprofits to identify our region's greatest needs and invest where we make the biggest difference. Outside work, Carla spends time with her husband, daughters, and two Brittany Spaniels.

Chase joined the United Way campaign staff in the spring of 2018. Prior to the United Way, Chase served at partner nonprofits, City Year Tulsa and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma. In addition to his work at the United Way, Chase serves as the President of the Tulsa Spotlighters Inc. In his free time, he loves playing disc golf and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
